Limited Warranty 

MaterialHandlingCarts.com products are guaranteed to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of product shipment. MaterialHandlingCarts.com's obligations under this warranty are expressly limited to the repair or replacement of any unit or component part, which is at the sole discretion of MaterialHandlingCarts.com. All products must be returned at the customer's expense with prior authorization from MaterialHandlingCarts.com. MaterialHandlingCarts.com's obligation shall in no event include damage resulting from transportation, mishandling, neglect, misuse, acts of nature or vandalism. 

*Improper installation will void this warranty.
